Know what your policy actually covers
NoticeTMA reads the policy you already have, prices the one you should have, and puts every limit, deductible and exclusion in plain language before you sign anything.
How a review actually goes
You send the declarations pages for whatever you hold now. We read them line by line, mark the limits that look thin, and flag the wording a claim would use to pay less than you expect.
Then we price the alternatives and show them beside what you already own, in the same units, so the comparison is honest. Nothing is bound until a carrier issues the policy and you have the effective date in writing.
Four decisions people get wrong
Home and renters
Replacement cost against actual cash value, water backup, and the wind or hail deductible that quietly doubles your out of pocket.
Auto and powersports
Liability limits that survive a real accident, uninsured motorist coverage, and the rental or towing people assume they already bought.
Small business
General liability, property and the certificate of insurance a landlord or general contractor asks for on day one.
Life and disability
Term length matched to the mortgage and the kids, with the medical questions answered before an application goes in.

Where our authority ends
An agency that tells you everything it can do, and nothing it cannot, is easy to trust and easy to check. So here is the boundary in writing.
We advise, quote and advocate. We are not the carrier and we are not your adjuster: a quote is an estimate until an underwriter accepts it, and coverage begins only when a carrier issues the policy with an effective date you can read. During a claim we explain the wording, prepare the file and push for a fair review, but the payment decision belongs to the carrier and nothing here is legal advice.
Ask for our license number, the states we are licensed in and the carriers we are appointed with. You should have all three before you sign an application, and we put them in writing every time.
Questions people ask before they switch
Do I have to switch carriers to work with you?
No. Plenty of reviews end with a recommendation to keep what you have and fix two endorsements.
How long does a review take?
Household reviews usually run 30 to 45 minutes once we have your declarations pages. Commercial walkthroughs generally need an hour.
What do you need from me beforehand?
The declarations page for each current policy, your renewal dates, and anything that changed lately: new drivers, a remodel, a home business, a new vehicle.
Are you licensed, and who do you represent?
Ask us for our agent license number, the states we are licensed in, and the carriers we are appointed with. We put all three in writing before any application is submitted.
When does coverage actually start?
Only when a carrier issues the policy and confirms the effective date. A quote, an application, or a conversation with us does not bind coverage.
