We read the policy before the loss does
NoticeTMA is an insurance agency built around one habit: nobody signs anything here until they can say, in their own words, what the policy pays and what it will not. Coverage reviews, quotes across carriers, and a real person on the phone when a claim starts.
The habit this agency was built around
Almost every household we meet has the same three documents: a renewal notice with a number that went up, a declarations page nobody has opened since the day it arrived, and an email from a carrier written for someone with an insurance license. The gap between those three is where claims go wrong.
So we start with reading. Limits, deductibles, endorsements, exclusions, in that order, against what you actually own and what you would actually have to replace. Then we price alternatives across the carriers we can place business with and lay them beside your current policy in the same units, because a cheaper premium with a lower limit is not a saving, it is a deferred bill.
Plenty of those conversations end with us telling you to keep the policy you have and fix two endorsements. That is a good outcome. An agency that only wins when you switch is not reading, it is selling.
Three rules we work by
Plain language, in writing
Every recommendation comes with the wording it is based on. If we cannot point at the clause, we do not claim the coverage.
Limits before premium
We size the limit to what a real loss costs in this area, then look for the best price at that limit. Never the other way round.
The claim is the product
A policy is a promise about a bad day. We stay on the file after the loss, translate the adjuster letter, and keep the paperwork moving.
