Why there is no price list on this page
Insurance is rated, not priced off a shelf. Two identical houses on the same street can differ by hundreds a year on roof age alone. What we can publish is exactly what our own work costs you, and exactly which levers move a premium.

What actually moves your number
Roof age and build
On a home policy, roof age and construction type often move the premium more than the dwelling limit does.
Deductible choice
Raising a deductible lowers premium immediately. It is only a saving if that cash is genuinely available on the day of a loss.
Claims history
Recent claims and tickets follow you between carriers for years. Timing a switch around them matters.
Lines bundled together
Home and auto rated by the same carrier frequently changes both premiums. It is worth quoting together even if you keep one.
Credit based insurance score
Most states allow it as a rating factor, and it can outweigh several other variables combined.
Protective features
Monitored alarms, water shutoff devices, newer wiring and updated plumbing all carry credits people forget to claim.
How to read a quote without being fooled by it
Any premium can be made to look attractive by quietly lowering something. When you compare two quotes, line the limits up first: dwelling or bodily injury limit, deductible, and the endorsements attached. If those three do not match, the prices are not comparable and the cheaper one is usually buying you less.
Watch for the separate wind, hail or hurricane deductible, which is often a percentage of the dwelling limit rather than a flat amount, and for actual cash value settlement on a roof, which pays depreciated value instead of replacement. Both can look identical on a summary page and behave very differently on a claim.
Every number we give you is an estimate until an underwriter accepts the risk. Carriers verify the details, and the final premium comes from them, not from us.
Questions about cost
Do you charge a fee for a review or a quote?
No. You pay the carrier's premium if you choose to place a policy with us. There is no agency fee for a review, a quote or claim help.
Can you guarantee a lower premium than I pay now?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. Sometimes the honest answer is that your current carrier is already pricing you well at the limits you need.
How long is a quote good for?
Quotes are estimates based on the information available on the day. Carriers re-rate after verification, and the final premium comes with the issued policy.
Will shopping my policy hurt my credit?
Carriers typically use a soft inquiry for insurance scoring, which does not affect your credit score the way a loan application does.
