How we run appointments

These are the rules we hold ourselves to, written before you need them. They cover scheduling, the documents you send us, and the boundary between advice and coverage.

Booking and cancellation

Is there a deposit or cancellation fee?

No deposit and no cancellation fee on any session. We ask that you reschedule rather than skip, so the slot can go to someone else.

How late can I reschedule?

Claim walkthroughs can be changed up to twelve hours before the session. Coverage reviews, quote consultations, business reviews and life consultations up to twenty four hours before.

What happens if I miss a session?

Nothing punitive. Book again when it suits you. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a confirmed reply before holding a slot.

Can someone else join the call?

Yes, and for household or business coverage we encourage it. Everyone who signs the application should hear the same explanation.

Documents, privacy and scope

What do you do with the documents I upload?

They are attached to your booking and used to prepare your review and any quotes you ask for. We do not sell client data.

Do I have to upload anything to book?

Only for the claim walkthrough, where the adjuster letter and claim number are needed for the session to be useful. Everything else is optional but speeds the work up.

Does a session bind coverage?

No. Coverage begins only when a carrier issues a policy and confirms an effective date in writing. A quote, an application or a session with us does not bind anything.

Is this legal advice?

No. We explain policy language and advocate on claims. For disputes that need counsel we will tell you plainly that it is time to speak to a lawyer.

Book with the terms in front of you

No fee, no deposit, and a written summary at the end of every session.
