You are not routed through a call centre queue here. The person who reads your declarations page is the person on the session, the person who submits the application, and the person who picks up when a claim starts.
That continuity is the point. An agent who has already read your policy does not need the story retold on the worst week of your year, and does not accidentally contradict what you were told at the quote.
Ask for our agent license number, the states we are licensed in and the carriers we are appointed with at any time. All three go in writing before an application is submitted.
